Mission Statement and School Values

School Rebrand Style.jpgAt St Joseph the Worker we worked together as a whole staff team to create our Mission Statement and we shared ideas and reflected on what our aims, values and responsibilities are to our school community.

We regularly review our statement and reflect on what we do and how we do it in our actions, words, prayers and thoughts.

At St Joseph the Worker our school mission statement is:

Together as God’s children we will, love, learn, grow, inspire, "Let your light shine”.

Our Values

We are kind, caring, polite and friendly.

We welcome visitors, new friends and families to our school.

Everyone in school will strive to; Be friendly. Be honest. Respect self and others. Take responsibility for his/her actions and be safe.

Through these values we expect to have a safe and happy school in which all children can learn and achieve their potential.

As a Catholic School, we place your child's learning and understanding of Gospel values at the heart of what we do. Our faith underpins us as a school and we aim to celebrate, nurture and support everyone's abilities and talents through our curriculum.
