Safeguarding

The Safeguarding of our pupils is of the highest priority.

Mrs Evelyn Clayton and Mrs Julieann Jessop are the Designated Safeguarding Leads.

St Joseph the Worker RC Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Our designated teacher for Looked After Children and previously looked after children is: Mrs Jenny Dunn

Staff, pupils and parents can discuss, share and raise concerns which are treated with confidentiality and sensitivity.

Mrs Clayton and Mrs Jessop are trained in following LA guidelines and procedures to ensure that we keep all children safe in education.

At St Joseph the Worker RC Catholic Primary School we take all matters related to Safeguarding and Child Protection very seriously.  We have robust and regularly reviewed policies and practices in place to keep our children safe.
