Sunday 22nd March - Home Learning Information

Sunday 22nd March 2020

Good evening children!

As you know, you will be completing your learning from home for a little while, so I will be putting together some different work activities for you to complete.

Even though you are at home, I still want you to complete your best work, as well as helping out your mums and dads.  Please be patient with them and understand that they are doing their best to help you whilst you are not in school. :)

A few things to remember:

1. Please practice on timestable rockstars daily, at least 5 minutes a day should be good.

2. Make sure you read for at least 10 minutes every day - this can be your school reading book, a book from home, a magazine, anything!

3.  If I have set an activity on purple mash, remember to 'submit' once it is complete, otherwise I will not receive it back. Remember to keep saving your work as well.

If there is anything at all you need help with or more information, just get mum or dad to email me and I will answer as soon as I can.

Most imprtantly, make sure you stay safe whilst you are not in school and I hope that I will see you all again very soon.

Mrs Lee. :)

Dear parents,

I have uploaded an example timetable for home learning - this is literally a replica of our school day and is only there to give you an idea of structure.  I am in no way suggesting that you all have to adhere to this, but thought it might be useful for some of you.

As some of you may be aware, there is a website called 'Twinkl' that have produced home learning packs and are allowing parents to access this for free at the moment,  The code you need to enter when signing up is PARENTSTWINKLHELPS.

I will upload some work that the children can start with tomorrow and I will date everything I upload in order that you can keep track of posts.  If the work states 'W/C 23rd March', this work can be completed over the course of the week; if it is just dated, the work should be completed that day.  Hope that makes sense! :)

Please don't worry about anything at all with regards to your child's learning; if there is anything you need help with, please just email me and I will either respond via email or give you a call.

Take care

Mrs Lee :)
