Mission Statement Celebration Day

Class: Nursery Year: 2016 - 2017

Mission Statement Celebration Day - 22nd March 2017

We have had a fantastic day!

We started our day with a special assembly.

Later the drama teacher came into the hall and she was Marnie the magpie. We looked for all the shiny things and remembered that we all have a light inside of us that shines so bright.

A group of our children planted a Magnolia tree with the gardener and we are going to watch it grow as we grow throughout our school years.

We coloured candles to symbolise our light and talked about how we can LOVE, LEARN, GROW and INSPIRE.

All of our nursery children are always letting their light shine.

Today we are all receiving some sweets and a packet of seeds to take home.

“Together as God’s children we will, love, learn, grow, inspire, Let your light shine”.

  • This school is committed to encouraging the children to develop into responsible members of the school community in preparation for their role as adult members of society. In helping us to achieve this goal we anticipate the co-operation of all our parents.
  • To support all members of the community in their faith journey.
