Below you can find links to different websites and activities that are great for learning.

My Maths you all have our school log in for MyMaths but also an individual log in. If you use the school log in, you can access all the lessons, activities and problems. If you use your own log in, we can set you specific and focuses activites. 

Flocabulary This is the website where we find so many brilliant class videos. Here you'll find the 'Area and Perimeter' video, 'Pronouns' video and much more. This channel also has load of little 25 second revision videos to wash your hands with as you're listening.

Khan Academy Whilst this is an American website, it still has loads of brilliant videos and activities you can have a go at. The video tutorials are particularly good for giving you a helping hand with some methods. If MyMaths hasn't given you enough information, give this a go. It's here we learnt all about using a protractor.

Anchor Creative Education This Youtube channel has loads of handy videos to help you remember grammatical concepts. Here you'll find the 'Modal Verb' song and 'Statement, Command, Question, Exclamation'. There are also some handy parent videos to explain to your Mum and Dad. 

Grammarsaurus Youtube Channel This Youtube channel has some catchy songs to help you remember different parts of the Grammar test but also to help you develop your understanding. They even have videos that show how to answer specific SAT's questions.

Purple Mash Please keep logging into your Purple Mash page and checking to see what work we have set. Miss Finch can see the work you are creating and saving and will also be able to award you stickers for great effort.

Times Table Rockstars You can use this at any time to collect coins as you practice your timestables. Please challenge your friends to competitions as well as Miss Finch - we'll enjoy trying our best to beat you. Also, below at the 'Files to Download' section, you'll see a document with all of the paper copy sheets on. Why not get some music blasting at home and try to beat your last score?

The Body Coach Kids Workouts You can use these five minute workouts to keep you active during your time at home! Why not get everyone at home involved! Joe Wicks will also be starting 'PE with Joe' starting on Monday 23rd March at 9am on his youtube channel. (The Body Coach TV- youtube) 

Classics for Kids  You can learn how to read music by playing the online games and explore different composers using the composer page. You can also look at different rhythms and explore ideas for writing your own music too.

Audible are offering free streaming of children’s books whilst schools are off school so definitely make the most of this. Hopefully you can find new favourite authors and escape to a different world.

BBC Teach has loads of ideas of lessons you can do at home and all sorts of video clips to improve your knowledge. It's also sorted into age groups and subjects so it's really simple to find what you need.

Out of the Ark Music are relasing seven songs, one ofr each day of the week to help with the rhythms and routines of being at home. Each song has challenges and activities rlated to it! Enjoy!

CAFOD Lent Learning in the KidZone is a brilliant website to help you keep thinking about this important season we're in. Obviously this Easter time will be very different with schools and churches closed but you can still think about your reflections and celebrate this special time of year.

White Rose Maths Home Learning is another wonderful website that has powerpoints and worksheets with different maths activities, just like ones we do in class. It even plans out a bit of maths each week for you to do.

Knowsley Safari Park- Home school Safiari is a fantastic website full of video and facts about all the animals at the safari park. New things are added to the website all the time. Why not create a fact file or information leaflet about your favourite animal?

World Book Day website is a great website with lots of ideas for reading, extracts from stories, links to books, craft ideas and much more! Check it out!

Barefootcomputing is another fantastic website that aims to help you develop your computational thinking skills in a fun and interactive way. There are lots of things to do; from baking cakes to breaking codes hidden in poetry.
