Understanding the world

In Autumn 1 term we were learning about our bodies. We have been singing the song head, shoulders, knees and toes and labelled a body.

We are learning how to keep healthy by choosing healthy foods, drinking water, exercising, washing our hands correctly and brushing our teeth.

We have been celebrating Chinese New Year by learning about their customs, dragon dancing and tasting food.

For internet safety day we listened to the story of Smarty the penguin about keeping safe online. We used the iPads to draw a penguin to remind us about Smarty's message.
